This episode of ProShoMoMo has been interrupted by dust on the sensor. Not just a little dust, but a giant boulder of a dust bunny that looks like a UFO on all my photos. Camera down! I repeat CAMERA DOWN!!
Of course my local camera shop doesn’t have the cleaning tools I need, so I’m temporarily sidelined.
In the meantime, say hi to Sasha. She’d like a treat, pleasethxbai.
Do you have to order the cleaning stuff? I don’t even know if we have a camera shop around here. I should really have my camera cleaned. Of course I really want a new one, preferably with a macro lens.

I’m not sure yet. If I can do it with just swabs I think I can use gun cleaning swabs because they look the same as the ones in the how-to vid I watched on YouTube. If I need a solution then I’ll need to order it, and at that point it will probably be easier to take it to a repair guy that was recommended to me.
Have you talked yourself into a new camera yet?
I do so love mine, and my macro lens is my favorite. The 100 mm Canon is SO worth the $600. I tried the less expensive Sigma and ended up returning it because it was impossible to get a crisp handheld shot with it. I still use the tripod for most macro stuff with the Canon, but at least I have the handheld option if the light is good enough.
